Greatness lies, not in being strong, but in the right using of strength; and strength is not used rightly when it serves only to carry a man above his fellows for his own solitary glory. He is the greatest whose strength carries up the most hearts by the attraction of his own. Henry Ward Beecher
In life as well as in business you come across a lot of personalities, each with their own agenda and nothing is wrong with that. But what I see is missing, is the understanding that in life and business is all about relationship, being of service to others, taking a personal interest in the people we interact with ultimately helping them not out of charity, but sowing into them; the village mentality.
Zig Ziggler said, “ If you help enough people get with they want, you will get what you want.”
Philippians 2:4 says - Look out for Others Interests do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.
Martin Luther King said,“ Everybody can be great...because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.”
Mother Teresa said,“ At the end of life we will not be judged by how many diplomas we have received, how much money we have made, how many great things we have done.
We will be judged by "I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat, I was naked and you clothed me. I was homeless, and you took me in.”
With that I will conclude with this statement. You success and overall happiness depends on your service!
Have a great Monday family!
