"Education” can ONLY be our foundation or a starting point for us. The meaning of “Education” according to Webster’s dictionary is 1. the act or process of imparting or acquiring general knowledge, developing the powers of reasoning and judgment, and generally of preparing oneself or others intellectually for mature life. 2. the act or process of imparting or acquiring particular knowledge or skills, as for a profession. 3. a degree, level, or kind of schooling: a university education. 4. the result produced by instruction, training, or study: to show one's education. 5. the science or art of teaching; pedagogics.
Notice something about that definition? Nowhere in there did it make any reference to education translating to success, again, it is a starting point! As a parent, I'm all in as formal education as a "foundation", however I believe in the expansion of minds and thinking outside of the box. A test is not conducive to that and is limited to one way to answering a question or problem.
After the “foundation” has been laid, success comes through our drive to tirelessly build our dream brick by brick! Which means a day by day “commitment” to taking one step closer to completing it. By default you will not only acquire knowledge and expertise relevant to what you have built but most importantly that ever elusive knowledge about one’s self.
